About the Author

Heather Hart is a trauma survivor—and thriver—who advocates for the empowerment of women. She has devoted years to studying, volunteering, and educating others about trauma’s effects on the body, mind, and spirit, in an effort to deliver hope. Heather is a visionary who seeks to be a part of the generation of changemakers that ends sexual assault and human trafficking. She catapulted into this mission after surviving a violent attack and NDE in Venice, Italy in 2009.

Heather was born and raised in California, residing the past 15 years in beautiful Santa Barbara, and currently lives in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. She is a certified NLP Life Coach, with twenty years experience working as a C-Level Executive Assistant for private individuals and powerful tech companies in the corporate world. Heather is equally proud of her work as the mother of two adult sons, whom she has raised to be the gentlemen the world so greatly needs.
